I'm single and don't cook a lot for myself unless I'm entertaining. I tried this stuff (Blackening Seasoning) on chicken & grouper the other night & she stayed the night. It's gotta be the seasoning.

I thought we ( the Deli) had the best blackening seasoning around until I tasted Henry's. Ours has 12 different spices, where his has five things we don't have and 6 more thing he won't tell me!

I use it on everything literally. If if's and buts were candy and nuts, everyday would be Christmas.

Hi Henry, First, you need to know that I am a dreadful cook. That is one of the many reasons Glenn & I are so often to be found having dinner at the Radisson. Last night I was making one of my "special" meals, which we fondly refer to as "Hamburger Goo". (Recipe available upon request). Our package of Henry's Blackening Seasoning fortuitously arrived while the goo was still in the frying pan. Naturally, I had to dump some on it immediately. (Insert sound of fanfare and cymbal crash here). Yummy!! What a difference it made. From banal and boring, the dish was transported to spicy and exiting. We can't wait to try it on everything else. It's going to be especially great on Chicken Othello (formerly known as Burned Fried Chicken) and Mom's Awful Beef Stroganoff. Thank you so much for enlivening my kitchen.
Lynn P.S. We're thinking of rubbing some of Glenn's head. Who knows, maybe it will grow hair?
It's excellent! I like it hot & spicy, the kids like it mild. I just put a little more on mine & everyone's happy.

Outstanding stuff! I like it on pork chops & fajitas & my husband likes it on fish - AWESOME!

It makes the best beef jerky I've ever had. I used one of those homemade jerky makers, used the ground beef & made two temperatures, mild & spicy. Spicy was the best & it wasn't too hot. It's great!
